親愛的NPV支持者、愛護動物的好朋友：
我在此親自向大家宣佈一個好消息，NPV將會成立第三間非牟利獸醫診所了。 嚴格 來說，今次是一間非牟利動物醫院。 為了配合我們現有兩間診所的急速發展，我們 要為很多病重的動物提供可負擔的24小時的留院服務， 新的一間NPV診所將會設立一 個具規模、設施齊備的24小時住院部門。新的診所將會位於基隆街29號 - NPV29， 在NPV 24的對面, 也在NPV77的附近。醫療團隊將增加至11隊，三間診所互相呼應， 互補不足。
這些年來，得到了動物主人的認同及支持，不論診所的規模、服務範圍，醫療質素 等都有很大的提升。年初更成立了「NPV流浪動物醫療基金」，直接為流浪動物提供 醫療福利。但我們卻一直面對著資金緊拙的困難。 今次我們要開辦一所設備齊全的 24小時動物醫院，所需資金是上兩間診所的一倍。幸好我們一直有穩定的捐獻，第 一期的資金我們還可以應付，之後，就很需要大家的支持了。

Dear NPV supporters and animal lovers:

I have very good news to announce to everyone here. NPV will be opening its 3rd Non-Profit Making Veterinary Clinic. Strictly speaking, this will be a non-profit making animal hospital. In order to coordinate with the rapid growth of our two current clinics, we need to provide 24 hour hospital stay service for many of the seriously ill animals. The new NPV clinic will be setting up a large, fully equipped 24-hour hospital section.......... (more details in Mark's Chinese message above)

Thanks everybody for your messages and greetings. I really miss you all. How is everyone?

During my last trip to Beijing, everyone had to work hard again, troubling everyone to quickly write what happened at the event and posting video clips to share with the fans everywhere. The awards show and my interview on "A Date With Luyu" have already been shown on TV. I believe everyone was happy to watch this. Thanks to everyone who planned or participated in the events, and the people who contacted others, as well as the team who posted information to websites and uploaded pictures and video clips. On behalf of myself and all the other fans, I would like to express our sincere gratitude.

After receiving the charity award ('Most Charitable Celebrity' award) at the Beijing awards ceremony, I received many congratulations from all places, including fans and even the charitable organizations I've worked together with, and others. Thanks everyone. I've always felt that participating in charity work came about by my belief that society needs positive energy and positive interaction. I never dared to think that I would receive praise because of this (her charity work), so to receive the 'Most Charitable Celebrity' award this time really felt unexpected. The concern and care that each of you show, as well as your support and happiness are what gives me the strength and perseverance to work hard and undertake more, so would you give me this opportunity to share this honor with all of you?

During the past year, I've experienced big changes from when I became a Christian until I was baptized. The Bible allowed me to understand that none of us can boast based upon our actions. The needs of people are not divided among the high or low class, or the strong or weak. I'm happy to see myself letting go of my own desires, letting go of my belief on reaching the goal blindly with my own strength, and discovering the true origin of joy. In the July issue of "Grateful" magazine, I will share more of my feelings and experiences of working together with World Vision.

Also, I would especially like to thank everybody who is concerned about my dog Chu Chai. Some friends have even sent emails to the official website offering some suggestions for medicines for dogs who have kidney failure; you're very thoughtful. Right now Chu Chai's condition is not too bad. Although I have to inject him with saline fluids every other day, he still displays a fighting spirit and tenacity and shows a great amount of vitality. Everyone doesn't need to be too worried. We will take very good care of him. Tomorrow I will also send out some recent photos of me and Chu Chai and my cats to share with all of you. Everyone look out for them!

Finally, I have some good news to tell everyone. The HK Non-Profit making Veterinary Service Society (NPV) will soon be opening its 3rd clinic, and this clinic will be the first 24-hour public animal hospital in Hong Kong. Hopefully more families with pets will be able to benefit in the future. As a faithful supporter of NPV, I'm gratified at their achievements.

I've recently finished a series of advertisement photo shoots and promotional work. All things considered, it was highly successful. Thanks to the fans who have continuously supported me and have been concerned for me. This lets me have even more power and devotion to complete the task well, and to properly display the professionalism of being a spokesperson. At the same time, this also gives me a great sense of satisfaction. In October, I will be participating in several public welfare charity jobs, and I will also try to participate in writing, hoping to do my part for society and to fulfill the responsibility of a city resident and public figure. During this time period, I will also be preparing to try something brand new in November, and I hope fans will be pleasantly surprised at that time.

There was an enthusiastic response after the airing of the World Vision TV special "Helping to Raise and Rescue Starving Children'" on Saturday night. This recent matter was the best training for me to learn how to have a firm belief; after passing this test, I've become stronger, and my ability to take on things has increased, and I've also become much more tolerant. I'm in the middle of living a life that's bright and filled with love. Translation: Hello everyone! I finally finished a rather busy period. Now I can really rest for a short while. Everyone was also working hard while I was busy. First, there's the Singapore fans who were working hard, and then the fans from the Baidu forum who travelled long distance to Beijing, as well as the Hong Kong fans from the Vivian Chow Forever forum who were busy running about because of me, giving me support and cheering me on. The HK fans also especially sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me birthday cakes (I especially want to mention that the 2 birthday cakes tasted very good) and flowers, which allowed me to have a birthday month that was very busy, but was also full of warmth. I was originally thinking of having a low-key celebration for my birthday, but instead it became more lively than last year. Thank you for giving me this surprise! Hopefully next year I will have a chance to meet even more fans, especially fans from Taiwan and overseas, fans from Malaysia and fans from other parts of the Mainland. It's been a long time since I've seen you. Miss u all!
